Hi, I’m Georgia!
I’m an executive function and productivity coach dedicated to helping busy professionals and organizations work smarter by strengthening executive function skills and creating simple, sustainable systems for productivity and balance.
Before co-founding Making the Grade Project, I spent over a decade in education, supporting teachers, students, and schools in building the skills and systems that make learning (and teaching) more effective and fulfilling. That experience shaped my mission: to make productivity more personalized and sustainable by turning complex brain-based concepts into clear, actionable strategies for real growth and success.
But my story didn’t stop in the classroom. I eventually left my teaching career to pursue a different kind of learning - on the road! My now husband, our dog, and I spent 6 months traveling the U.S. in a van, exploring new places while working on our businesses.
That time reminded me of the importance of flexibility, balance, and designing a life that truly works for you - values that now guide all of my coaching and workshops.
Today, I call the beautiful North Shore of Massachusetts home, where I live with my husband, our pup, and our baby girl. Whether I’m working with clients, creating new resources, or recording podcast episodes, my goal is the same: to help people find more ease, focus, and fulfillment in the way they work and live.
