Transaction Coordination Pricing + Details

An additional fee may apply if we are working together for the first time and I have not used your company’s paperwork uploading platform before to account for my time learning to use it.

If we have worked together before, simply follow the directions for the service you need support with. If not, send me a message below to ask any questions or get started!

Rental - $50-$200

  • $200 - If you are representing the landlord and would like support filling out the MLS listing in addition to uploading paperwork.

    • Send me listing paperwork

    • Send me photos and any important listing info for MLS

    • Send me necessary paperwork and info once a lease is signed

  • $125 - Whether you are representing the tenant or the landlord (or both), I will upload the paperwork and complete the payment worksheet (if applicable).

    • Send me any necessary info and paperwork

  • $50 - If you have uploaded everything for your rental deal, I will complete your payment worksheet (if applicable)

    • Let me know rental amount and commission amount


Buyer has Accepted Offer - $350

  1. Send me the accepted offer and CC me on an email thread with the listing agent: “Georgia is my transaction coordinator, please keep her cc’d on all communication and let her know who the sellers are using as an attorney so that she can connect everyone.”

  2. Let me know the contact info for who your buyer is using as their attorney.

  3. I’ll take care of:

    • uploading all paperwork throughout the deal

    • Linking all parties via email

    • Keeping dates organized

    • Providing your commission statement

    • Filling out worksheet for your payment


New Listing (Sale) - $350 - $500

  1. Send me listing paperwork

  2. Send me photos and any important listing info (option 2)

  3. Send me accepted offer when you get one and CC me on an email thread with the buyer’s agent: “Georgia is my transaction coordinator, please keep her cc’d on all communication and let her know who the buyers are using as an attorney so that she can connect everyone.” Connect me ASAP if you need me to send the deposit link out to the buyer.

  4. Let me know the contact info for who your seller is using as their attorney.

  5. I’ll take care of:

    • uploading all paperwork throughout the deal

    • Linking all parties via email

    • Keeping dates organized

    • Providing your commission statement

    • Filling out worksheet for your payment

    • Coordinating final water bill and smoke inspection (option 2)

Option 1 - $350

  • Uploading of all forms

  • Everything in option 1

Closing Gift Pricing + Details

If you’d like the stress of purchasing a closing gift for your buyers or sellers, I am happy to take it off your plate! Gifts are purchased based on your budget and criteria, and are customized based on any info you share with me about your clients.

Option 1: $75

  • I’ll carefully curate and purchase the items including the perfect basket or gift wrap, and ship directly to your home for you to put together for the clients.

Option 2: $100 + shipping (if you don’t want to pick up)

  • I’ll carefully curate and purchase the items including the perfect basket or gift wrap, and assemble everything for you. If you are unable to pick up the basket, an additional fee will apply for shipping or time spent dropping it off to you.
