If you’d like the stress of purchasing a closing gift for your buyers or sellers, I am happy to take it off your plate! Gifts are purchased based on your budget and criteria, and are customized based on any info you share with me about your clients.

I’ll carefully curate and purchase the items including the perfect basket or gift wrap, and ship directly to your home for you to put together for the clients.
Option 2: $100 + shipping (if you don’t want to pick up)
I’ll carefully curate and purchase the items including the perfect basket or gift wrap, and assemble everything for you. If you are unable to pick up the basket, an additional fee will apply for shipping or time spent dropping it off to you.
